In the city of Kapan, Syunik, it is planned to fully launch such innovative educational institutions as the TUMO creative technology center, the KOAF SMART center. Reconstruction and construction works of educational complexes of rural settlements of Kapan community will be carried out, providing them with innovative solutions and making available new services.

Currently, Tumo-box is operating in Kapan (a mini-analog of TUMO center equipped with necessary equipment for teenagers to study technology and design). It was reported earlier that in two cities of Syunik, Kapan and Goris, KGMS will jointly open COAF SMART centers with the Children of Armenia Foundation (COAF).
