DG Property plans to build a new IT center at Isakov on 13/12 with innovative studios for programming, modern office spaces, and innovative incubators for startups, where 1300-1500 employees will work according to preliminary calculations. Within the framework of the project, the volume of total investments will amount to $7 500 000 for the implementation of construction works. Within the framework of the investment program, it is planned to create 55 new jobs with an average monthly salary of AMD 377 000.

The Armenian IT sector has shown unprecedented annual growth of 23% on average. Over the past two years, more than 20 start-up companies in Armenia have together received $700mln of investment.
