The Latvian director of ACX International notes that the founders of the business came to Armenia after flexible thinking, intelligent, educated young personnel. The company was established only 1.5 years ago, but it already has 85 employees instead of the initial 14. About half of the employees are Armenians from diaspora, who enable the company to provide services in Arabic, French, English and many other languages along with Armenian, which in turn is a great achievement for a company that cooperates with international markets. ACX International now plans to open offices in Argentina, expand to Malaysia or Indonesia, and create a network so that employees in Armenia don't have to be online 24/7.
