Aralez aged black plum is a supremely perfected drink of rich flavor and heart warming bouquet, distinct and unique. A special process of fermentation and distillation of plums produces this brandy of supreme quality. Fresh ripened organic nature plums are crushed and allowed to ferment. The mash is twice-distilled and aged in oak barrel casks for 5 years. The brandy has not lost its sharpness due to the long aging, but it gained smooth, but strong enough aroma. It is very pleasant and potable. Our aged brandies are kept in special 225-litre Bordeaux barrique and 228-litre Burgundy barrique and carefully monitored under 24 hour non stop classical music.
