Aralez apple brandy (calvados style) is double distilled and aged for 5 years under 24 hour non stop classical music in French oak cask and finished in Sicilian Marsala wine cask. Very light and easy going with notes of fresh apples and buttery vanilla. Our brandies are aged in special 225-litre Bordeaux barrique and 228-litre Burgundy barrique and carefully monitored
