Aralez grape brandy (grappa style) is a blend of grapes made from carefully selected, fine and fresh pomace (skins and seeds). Slowly aged for 5 years under 24 hour non stop classical music in French oak cask and finished in French Banyuls wine cask. Our grape brandy is bottled without any addition of flavors or caramel. Limited and dated production. Our brandies are aged in special 225-litre Bordeaux barrique and 228-litre Burgundy barrique and carefully monitored.
