Carefully aged in premium oak barrels for more than 5 years, the result is a brandy of unparalleled quality, character and taste. Barrel aging brings out notes of sweet vanilla, creamy toffee, brown sugar, and soft maple with a hint of toasted oak. Our aged apricot is definetely a must try! Our aged brandies are kept in special 225-litre Bordeaux barrique and 228-litre Burgundy barrique and carefully monitored under 24 hour non stop classical music.
