Ripe fruit is not picked from the tree, but picked from the ground when it falls in its full ripeness. After the controlled distillation, the brandy is aged for at least 5 years in premium oak barrels. Barrel aging brings out notes of sweet vanilla, creamy toffee, brown sugar, and soft maple with a hint of toasted oak. Our aged wild pear is definitely a must try!
