Paul is a French chain of bakery-café restaurants with more than 130 years of history. The leading family-owned French artisan bakery now has representation in 47 countries of the world with more than 700 locations. Currently, "PAUL International" is managed by the 4th and 5th generations of the founder of "PAUL", Francis Holder, who personally monitor the entire process, from grain selection to delivery to customers. It specializes in serving French products, including pastries, cakes, beignets, croissants, sandwiches, soups, quiches, tarts, crepes, eggs, and over 140 types of bread. They also have tea, wine, beer, mineral water, soft drinks, and coffee-based drinks. 

In the near future, one of Yerevan's ancient buildings located at Abovyan 8 will host the first Armenian cafe of the PAUL chain, bringing French breath to Yerevan’s streets.
