All-season climbing complex and family café “the Rock” is being built in Dilijan. The project is designed to become a new family and leisure center for guests and residents of the Dilijan community, to motivate them to lead a healthy lifestyle and play sports from an early age. The complex will give impetus to the economic and infrastructural development of the city.

The building of the complex will contain two spaces, where there will be a family cafe and a climbing wall with the opportunity to engage in rock climbing at any time of the year․ The artificial relief of the sports complex contains several degrees of difficulty for adults and children of different age groups and levels of sports training. Specially trained personnel will monitor compliance with all safety standards during classes. In addition, the sports area will be equipped for fitness classes, yoga and other outdoor activities. The building of the complex, together with the terrace, will be located near the rope park VereV. The concept of the project was developed by the architectural bureau Proforma Studio in accordance with modern building energy efficiency standards.
New jobs will open for residents, and the complex itself will become a new center of attraction for tourists, which will positively affect the tourism potential of the region. The space of the complex will also become a place for the community to unite, where it will be possible to discuss and launch joint initiatives in a comfortable environment.
Construction technologies are carried out from CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) multilayer wooden panels, which allow not to damage the environment both at the construction stage and during operation.
