About company

KRISTJAN is a joint Armenian-Belgian venture established in 2019. Having more than 10 years of experience in investment banking, the founders settled down in Armenia permanently and are currently engaged in agriculture owning a large area of gardens and tourism organizing tours from Belgium to Armenia. Having a land of 4ha in Kharberd, Yerevan the company intends to diversify its current portfolio of business activities and establish a solar PV in the selected area. For the project an SPV structure will be set up.
