Construction begins of a 34-kilometer unfinished section of the Ashtarak-Talin road of the North-South transport corridor. The Spanish contractor will begin work within 2 months and complete it in 1.5 years. Today, an agreement worth $76 million was signed with the company. The project is financed by the Asian Development Bank and the government of Armenia.
